Ripe Mango Photography is composed of two main photographers, the couple: Kayan and Mac.

 

Kayan is a full-time architect on weekdays, but always finds time and maximizes her weekends for her art: photography. She believes in capturing the play of light and vibrant colors. She is a fan of photo-journalistic style of photography.

Mac is a full-time government employee on weekdays. Mac's passion is with glamour and HD-effect photography where he makes sure that his photos come out as cutting edge and has the breathtaking appeal.

The couple decided to take their photography to the next level after a friend of a friend recommended them to be the official photographers for a Sweet 16 ball - where they enjoyed and got good compliments on their work.

While Kayan and Mac love to travel and explore the world, they will always pay homage to their mother land: the Philippines. In 1995, the Guinness Book of World records listed the Carabao Mango, Philippines' national fruit, as the sweetest fruit in the world. The name Ripe Mango was derived from Kayan and Mac's love for the fruit and the country itself. Not to mention that their surname, translated to english, means 'fruitful.'
